Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation or refund policy is approved on case to case basis at the discretion of the management. As per the guidelines provided at the initial stage it is the agreement between the clients and company which has no effect with online payment services.
If the customer leaves MSMG Foundation before they complete their course training, there shall be NO entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used or through online UPI for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require them MSMG Foundation to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
Days are counted only from the day on which a course formally starts as per batch starting date, and not from the day of your enrollment or payment of fees.
In no event will MSMG Foundation be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company shall not be any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down-time that may occur.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 15 to 25 working days post intimation by the customer.
All refunds shall be refunded to the same origin from which the payment is received.
Refunds: E-Learning Courses
E-learning courses are completely non-refundable & non- transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds:
General terms _
- Classroom/Distance programs are only Cancellable & refundable 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges & GST) if refund raised 15 days prior training/Classes the commencement. After 15 days and before 3 days prior to training/classes commencement, You will be eligible only for extend the training/Class date ahead with NO refunds at all. Once our training courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount.
- If In case Training Institute cancels an event/training or programme, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate. MSMG Foundation, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event/training or programme, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
- We will also reserve the right to refuse to sell any course to the person who takes such refund. If you try to buy any other course in future from MSMG, you must disclose that you have taken such a refund in the past. We will also retain the rights to advertise the fact to our future customers that we made a refund of this nature.
- Refund will only be processed upon students returning the hard copies, if any, received by them, to MSMG Foundation by registered post and students shall refrain from keeping any hard copy material with themselves such as I Card, Books, Toolkits / welcome kit etc. Such Items that are sent back to MSMG Foundation should be in good condition without any damage.
- In case of any applicant found to have paid more fee than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said applicant, the said extra payment, if found, shall be refunded to the same origin from which the payment is received.
Please note:
- Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, UPI or Net Banking, please allow 15 to 25 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
- Candidates facing the problem of deduction of application fee amount without getting the Registration / Application Slip generated (failed registration) are required to apply again in the online application portal before the last date of online application. These candidates can submit the request for refund of failed registration amount along with details separately.
