Job Description (JD): Make outbound calls to prospective students, provide information about our courses, answer their queries, schedule appointments for counseling/physical visits and ensure prompt admission of the prospect.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Follow leads through effective calling and ensuring admissions are sought by the prospective candidates.
- Schedule a minimum number of appointments per day.
- Maintain a database of potential students.
- Tracking of your Admissions, their fees and installment follow ups etc.
- Ensuring to seek prompt and timely deposit of any dues from your prospect.

Job Description (JD): Enter data accurately into our systems, maintain records, and assist in data management tasks.

- Achieve high accuracy in data entry.

- Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.

- Design and deliver high-quality visual content.
- Ensure brand consistency in all designs.
- Meet project deadlines.

- Create and maintain user-friendly websites, Softwares and applications.
- Improve Softwares, applications and website performance and functionality.
