S/he monitors information flows in the hub and develops performance improvement plan.

Warehouse, in the Logistics industry is also
known as system executive, data analyst, data entry operator and system analyst.
Delivery Management Cell
Delivery Management Cell Agents, are also known as Query Resolution Executives. Individuals in this role, who work out of customer care centers or corporate offices .
E-commerce Manager
S/he manages category, improves consumer experience, manages product and design, drives process improvement, forecasts return deliveries and undertake manpower planning.
Transport Coordinator
Individuals in this role are responsible for monitoring all consignments in real time, identifying and rectifying problems
that the customer has received the order.
Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor in the Logistics industry is also known as Supervisor, Warehouse In-Charge. Individuals in this role need to collect components required to obtain the required lists .
Tank Farm Manager
The individual manages one or more tank farms, monitors overall operations and coordinates with customs, ports, clients, shippers, government agencies, regulatory authorities, etc.
